Return Policy
Customers are responsible for delivery charges on all
returned merchandise. As well, a 20% restocking charge is applicable.
Orders that are cancelled but have been processed but not shipped yet or
refunded are subject to
a 5% charge if processed by mastercard/visa and 10% by American Express. Custom orders for Wooden Play
Lofts and certain additional items are not returnable.
Credit Card Orders and Chargebacks
Credit Card Orders over $5,000.00 Canadian Funds or $4000.00 US Funds are subject to a 2% surcharge.
Any credit card charge backs resulting from fraudulent or
mistaken requests for verification or bank returns that are processed on a
credit card used to purchase products will be charged an additional
administration fee of $15.00, a 2% processing charge and if the
transaction is over $1000.00 CDN, an additional $50.00 large transaction fee.
Exchange Rate Policy:
US and International order will be converted to Canadian
Funds at Current Exchange Rates for Credit Card Processing. Exchange rate
fluctuations may affect actual charges. We are not responsible for any
Exchange Rate Service Charges or International Transaction Service Charges.
Discrepancies in actual invoice charges resulting from exchange rate conversions
for US orders only, can be refunded.
Customs, Duties and Brokerage charges on Product
Shipments:
Most products ship from locations in the United States.
American Customers are not charged taxes on orders, however some products do
ship from Canada and may be subject to brokerage, customs, duties and taxes on
deliver.
Canadian Customers are charged applicable taxes but are
not subject to any customs, brokerage or duties on shipments that are
shipped from US locations.
Most items ship within 2-3 weeks, however delays can occur
from the manufacturer/processing. Cancellations resulting from delays
beyond our control are subject to cancellation charges noted above. Items
requiring a longer production time are noted.
